General information and terms *

Parking passes will be issued with the space number on it which entitles anyone you designate to park in your space/s. It does not allow a guest to park elsewhere in the lot. Also, there is no allowance for storage pods, campers, etc. unless permission is given by the WHC. There is no overnight parking from November 15 to April 15, however approval may be given by the WHC if it is requested by the renter. If approval is given, the renter is responsible for clearing snow after each storm (directly next to their vehicle) that our plow service is unable to reach due to proximity to their vehicle. Towing at the renter’s expense may occur for illegally parked vehicles or during unauthorized overnight parking.
